My adventures began in the spring of 2020, during a time when many activities were canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Seeking a way to stay active and boost my spirits, I started exploring various parks and gardens. I discovered a love for capturing the beauty of flowers and scenic landscapes through photography, and shared my photos on Facebook. The positive feedback from friends who enjoyed my posts motivated me to continue sharing.

Since I live in Missouri, this website highlights parks primarily in St. Louis and the surrounding counties. I've included parks that offer something special, like gardens, walking trails, or lakes. There are many more parks than those I’ve listed, so I have provided links to each town's parks and recreation department where available, so you can explore the full range of options.
