About KO Nature Photos

My photography journey began in the spring of 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic when many activities were canceled. Seeking a way to stay active and uplift my spirits, I started exploring local parks and gardens. It was during these outings that I discovered my passion for capturing the beauty of nature. I have been sharing my photos on Facebook, and the positive feedback from friends inspires me to keep going.

Since I live in Missouri, this website focuses on parks around St. Louis and the surrounding counties, highlighting those with something special such as gardens, trails, or lakes. While I've featured some of my favorites, there are many more parks than I have listed, so I’ve included links to the parks and recreation departments of local towns for you to explore. You can also find additional links to all municipal parks and other helpful sites on the Links page.
